Wow!  I have a new book!  Read about it below.

Hi! My name is Kat and I live with my husband, my silly goats and livestock guardian dogs in the Sierra Foothills, east of Sacramento, California.   If you have been to my site before you know about my silly goats and livestock guardian dogs and the stories I write about them.  I have a new book about Buddy, my Akbash guardian.  It's called How Buddy Found His Bark.   Please read about it below.

I hope you enjoy looking at the wonderful illustrations below or the slide show.   Also, don't be alarmed by the ears on my goats.  They are LaMancha goats and LaMancha's have tiny ears.   Oh Dear Oh Dear You Have No Ears! tells about the different ears of goats.   If you have additional questions about my animals, their stories or purchasing books, please view my contact page.

MOO MOO SUE

"Oh boo hoo!  What's a little goat to do when all she can say is moo, moo, moo?"  So begins the story of little Sue who can only say moo.  Her neighbors and friends make fun of her because she does not speak like everyone else.  But, Sue learns that she can put her "moo" voice to good use and wins the day.    (Color illustrations; ages: 3 to 8; 16 pages)
